HighPoint Starts September 21st!
Tuesdays:
3 p.m., HighPoint at the Barn
5:30 p.m., Youth dinner in the dining room
6 p.m., High School Evening Barn
7 p.m., Middle School Evening Barn
The Tuesday choirs will start up September 22. Come join the fun!
HighPoint is West Side’s Tuesday program for middle and high school youth to be together and to serve God, church, and humanity. This is the spiritual “high point” of the week for many of our adolescents.HighPoint brings together a variety of events and activities for teens, allowing for more effective use of youth and family time and also broadening the range of activities available. All are welcome to join us for whatever fits their schedules and whatever appeals to them. We expect our middle and high schoolers to be coming and going all afternoon and evening. Because of everyone’s busy schedule, no one is expected to do all the activities.
Our Typical Schedule:
3:00 p.m. Supervised free time: games and recreation, study hall, conversation rooms
4:00 p.m. John Knox Boy Choir
5:00 p.m. Homework Helpers on request. Bible study group with Kent Smith. Come find out what the bible really is about.
5:30 p.m. Meal for Middle School and High School Youth ($5.00)
6:00 p.m. High School Evening Barn, Middle School options, Homework Helper, HighPoint Ringers
6:30 p.m. Calvin Bells; Bible Study Group
7:15 p.m. Senior High Choir/Middle School Evening Barn (Study Hall will be available throughout)
