Standard Medical Form and Picture Release
Parents are asked to fill out a form, which authorizes medical care in the case of an emergency, each year for each of their children who attend youth programs at West side. These are good for the whole program year.

Held December 18, 2009. $10 deposit; $30 total cost. Limited to 20 high school youth.

Youth Mission Trip
Reservations for the 2010 trip to Asheville, NC, will be received beginning September 1st with a deadline of November 1. These trips take place over the winter school break in February 13 - 21. Those who don’t get the full week off can get excused absences. Talk to Kent Smith about this. When registration is opened, there is a $100 deposit required to hold a place. Total cost: $600. There is a limit of 20 youth.

Unknown Destination Trip
March 19 - 21, 2010
Registration is opened at a random HighPoint and then announcements are sent out the next day. There is a limit of 12 places, with a $20 deposit required. Total cost: $100.

Knoebel’s Retreat, a.k.a. Human Sexuality Retreat
May 21 - 21, 2010
There are four sections: middle school males, middle school females, high school males, high school females. Each group will be 3-6 people. If a group doesn’t have three or more sign-ups, deposits will be returned.

Presbyterian Youth Triennium
July 20 - 24, 2010 at Purdue University. For grades 9-12.
$100 deposit; $400 total cost. Limited to the first 12 registrants, with preference given to juniors and seniors.
